As the summer solstice arrives, we have been blessed with some glorious sunshine, here in Cornwall, to celebrate the season. I find myself stirred by the natural and celestial rhythms that shape this time of year. The hedgerows, once wild and energetic with foxgloves and flowers, are beginning to soften as their brief, brilliant moment fades.
